Please keep in mind that full payment is due at the time of the order. Your creation will NOT be started until full payment is received.


When items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing. (All items are completely non-refundable. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your product we will work together to fix the issues. Our first priority is to keep our customers happy and we promise to do everything we possibly can to do so. Communication is key!)


If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.
